How to Start a Remote Support Session
- Book a session online and pay securely. Enter an email address you can check during your session, as your link is sent there.
- Before your session, The PC Man will email you a secure remote support link from robert@thepcman.net.au.
- At your session time, open that email and click the link. Follow the prompts to allow the connection.
- You stay in control and can watch everything that happens, and end the session at any time.
Important
Only open a remote support link that was emailed to you from robert@thepcman.net.au after you booked a session. Never give remote access to someone you do not trust, and be cautious of unexpected calls or emails offering computer help.
