How to Start a Remote Support Session
- Click Download Remote Assist Launcher and save the file to your computer.
- Open the downloaded file. Windows may ask you to confirm that you want to run it.
- The launcher will help download and open AnyDesk Remote Support, or take you to the support download page.
- Call or email The PC Man and provide the remote support details shown on your screen.
Important
Only run the remote support launcher when you are already speaking with The PC Man or have arranged a support session. Never give remote access to someone you do not trust.
Note: The previous launcher required an extra PowerShell file. This updated launcher is standalone and does not require any extra script file.
